Worldwide's sales team start with the fundamentals. We do not merely suggest a range of products,  we ask probing questions about your buyers' needs, their budgets, the drivers behind their decision making process, their buying schedule, their corporate profile and their view of their competition.

Using a consultative selling approach, we then begin building a series of product options and quotations that form the value foundation for your clients program. We suggest options which distinguish your proposal from your competitions and evidence how your proposal can meet your client’s requirements.

Working with you we build a  proposal which will form the basis of your bid for your clients program, we supply the collateral material, arrange site inspections and work with you to negotiate a successful decision from your client.

Negotiating a charter or group whether on-board of a ship or at a resort property requires knowledge of the product and its delivery quality as well as a good indication of how "hungry" the vendor is to be able to negotiate and contract the best deal. Aside from that it takes a professional skill and confidence to achieve the best deal, qualities that our team have acquired during the course of closing hundred of deals for our clients.

Once the decision to go with the program has been made, Worldwide will take the quotations and in conjunction with our Contracting Department, purchase the products which form the basis of the program. All contracts and other contractual paperwork will be thoroughly scrutinized and renegotiated if we feel a better deal can be had for our client.

From this point on the contracted program goes over to our Program Coordination Department which will follow the deal through to delivery. From the outset Worldwide's Accounting Dept. will be continually following the payment schedules, keeping track of changes which financial effect the program. As the program near delivery date the final accounting will be prepared and presented for approval.
