Silver Galapagos

Silver Galapagos

The motor ship Silver Galapagos is custom built small cruise ship and   not a conversion as so many small cruise ship are these days. Originally built in 1990 (Renaissance III) as part of a series for the old Renaissance Cruise Line.  Silversea Cruises in conjunction with Canodros have extensively refurbished the ship in 2012 for their Galapagos cruises. Best described as a small boutique ship, the ship offers luxurious accommodations international and Ecuadorian cuisine as well as fascinating educational programs related to the islands and the unique Galapagian flora and fauna.
