Apicius - Jean-Piere Vigato is the genius behind the phenomenal

cuisine in La Verandah. A new a la carte menu reflects the
|
|
authenticity of the Paris original Apicius, but with a Polynesian accent. |

Reservation is required. In order to accommodate all of our guests
|
|
and to ensure a quality dining experience, we unfortunately cannot
|
|
accept any pre-cruise reservations. Furthermore, to maintain quality |
|
in Apicius we cannot accept groups larger than eight guests at the
|
|
same time. If arrangements for larger groups are approved a pre- |
|
selected Apicius menu must be agreed. |
