SEA CLOUD

s/v Sea Cloud

The SEA CLOUD is truly a queen of the seas. Since her construction as a private yacht in 1931 in Kiel, her elegant appearance and magnificent interior have inspired awe. The SEA CLOUD’s life story is more thrilling than some novels. She was built in 1931 in Kiel at the request of a Wall Street broker E.F.Hutton. It was his wife, Lady Marjorie Post, who shaped the SEA CLOUD’s character.

The ship is a survivor, having been through more episodes during her lifetime than any other vessel, finally emerging after much loving care, attention and millions of dollars as the beautifully restored ship she is today.  Never turn down an opportunity to sail on this incredible ship, she is definitely a piece of floating maritime history as well as being a truly luxurious sailing yacht.  Sea Cloud Cruises are renown for their high level of service and excellent cuisine which together with the amazing ship produce a quality cruise experience.
