More Moves & Title Changes at NCL

Kevin Sheehan will add the president title he held prior to his ceo appointment and take on additional direct reports.

In other news, the line is promoting Mike Flesch to svp hotel operations and Dave Sprechman to svp and chief accounting officer. Both appointments take effect Aug. 1.

Marine operations, led by Brian Swensen, Minas Myrtidis and Svein Sleipnes, and fleet personnel, headed by Nico Corbijn, will report to Sheehan, with technical assistance from Martinoli.

Other areas that will report to Sheehan include casino (Jim Abbas), on-board revenue (Ross Henderson), purchasing (Alvin Dennis) and destination and strategic development (Colin Murphy).

Flesch, currently vp shipboard operations, will oversee hotel operations, including food and beverage, and entertainment. He joined NCL in 2009 from Dave & Busters, the high-volume restaurant and amusement centers.

Sprechman, currently vp and controller, signed on with NCL in 2008.
