MSC adds Saint John to second Canada/New England season

Following its first sucessful season of Canada/New England itineraries this fall, MSC Cruises has announced that it will add Saint John, New Brunswick, to the ports lineup in 2011 when the MSC Poesia returns to the region.

During the coming season, MSC Poesia will operate varied sailings from Quebec City and New York, to ports including Sydney and Halifax, Nova Scotia; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Cornerbrook, Newfoundland; Boston, Maine's Bar Harbor and Rhode Island's Newport.

New England and Maritime Canada has become a favored destination for repeat cruisers wanting to cruise "locally" thereby avoiding lengthy overseas flights.  They also offer a cooler an calmer choice to the Caribbean which many repeat cruise have done to death. This area really comes into it's own during the the fall foliage period.
