The double naming of
Costa Luminosa and Costa Pacifica in Genoa on June 5 will be a first
in Italy’s history, with Guinness officials on hand to sanction the
record event.
Because of its special
nature, the occasion has obtained the official patronage of the
country’s Department of the Prime Minister and Italy’s Cabinet.
As earlier reported, a highlight of the celebration is expected to
be a performance by the Frecce Tricolori national aerobatic team in
the skies over Genoa. |
