Blue Lagoon Cruises Name New General Manager

Blue Lagoon Cruises recently named Tim Stonhill to the position of General Manager for this Fiji based boutique cruise company.

Stonhill replaces Josefa (Joe) Tuamoto who left the job last December to return to Tourism Fiji as ceo.

Stonhill, a Cornishman with a business studies diploma from the Plymouth College of Education, has worked in the hospitality industry in Australia and in New Zealand, where he was General Manager of Christchurch’s Hotel Grand Chancellor for 12 years.

Sereana Qoro, the CEO of Blue Lagoon Cruises’ parent company, Fijian Holdings Limited, said Stonhill will visit the key source markets of Australia and New Zealand in his new role later this month.
