Jim Huff's contribution - News from the Mohawk Valley

What a difference three seasons makes. When we arrived in a Spring blizzard in mid April, we were really wondering if our decision to leave South Florida and move to Central New York was a wise choice. After nine wonderful months and three seasons of wonderful changing weather, we did!

Spring, Summer and Fall have been glorious. From the first signs of the crocus and daffodils, to the Fall foliage displays it is an ever changing world. Especially to an “almost South Florida native.” We have made new friends, developed new business relations with strangers and continue to strive in our personal and business lives in a totally new environment. Our cruise and promotional businesses are right on track.

Ok…now you know the history, so lets get on to the business of hand. Remember the old adage “ The Customer Comes First?” In our ever changing business and technological world, we often find ourselves asking…why do our clients continue to use our services to enhance their performance goals and the goals of their customers. The answer is simple. We take care of our customers.

In a recent sales meeting in South Florida, the number one topic was how to continue to compete in a world of increased internet knowledge available to our clients and an increase in others “doing what we do”. The overwhelming answer was customer service. Of course, we have the experience of over 100 years of combined knowledge of the cruise products available; we have the skill and the drive to successfully negotiate the best scenario for of clients and we have the integrity to stand by our offerings and protect our clients best interest. This is why Worldwide continues to lead the followers in making the best decisions for our customers and has the knowledge, the integrity and the follow through to make it happen. Our commitment to doing business FOR our clients is foremost in every decision we make.

Think about the “information age” and how much “stuff” is available on line and then think about service, integrity and a genuine interest in making your program succeed. Information is just that…information. We provide a partnership to lead your program to it’s fullest potential. We have been in the business of providing our customers with not only information, but service, integrity and follow through for over 15 years and will continue to make sure “The Customer Comes First”

Any time you are in the Central New York/Mohawk Valley area, I encourage you to let us know. You are welcome to see our satellite offices first hand and get a personal tour of this little known hideaway. Winter is just around the corner and while waiting for the first real snowfall, I also think about my next cruise.

Until next update…Jim & Betts

Appointment crunch at the EIBTM Show.

Due to the overwhelming requests on Worldwide's on line show calendar (already totally filled out) we are going to have three of our staff attended the show.  This means that even though we only have the one calendar - effectively we will have triple the time slots to meet with people.  Do not hesitate to make a provisional appointment as these are being put into our schedule.  You can call or email our offices for an appointment if this is more convenient.
