The 2016 IRF Invitational held at the beautiful Red Rock Casino in Las Vagas was once again an extremely successful event.  Worldwide was fortune enough to have all it's senior management executives invited to the event and what an event it turned out to be.

For Worldwide the event allowed us to catch up on the industries latest ideas and thinking at the educations sessions as well as mix and mingle with our cruise line execs. many of the major lines having their top corporate executives at the event. 

Being probably the number one Incentive industry event it was as one would expect a terrific opportunity to network with the heads of many of America's top incentive travel houses and consortiums in a relaxed atmosphere where people had time to discuss not only the state of the industry but also some up-coming business opportunities.

The IRF use the Invitational as their major annual fund raiser and this year was a record year for them with the main auction seeing some serious bidding on programs generously donated by many top tier suppliers and also the silent auction hitting a record number.

There was not a lot of free time for the attendees, education sessions, and nice mix of option of off property events one could sign up for then in the evenings, functions, cocktail parties, dine-arounds and the new Cabana Day as well as the auction events which produced some spectacular shows and a final explosive Farewell Dinner Party.

All in all a great event with so much compressed into basically a long weekend.  Kudos for the organizers, all in all a terrific job to coordinate all the events and the logistic which made them such as success.

Finally but not by any means least - a huge thank you to the very generous suppliers / sponsors that donated so much to the event.  Without them there would be no event.
