Christian Sierralta has joined Silversea as the line's new head of national accounts and Latin America sales.

In this role, Sierralta will be responsible for advancing the strategic organization and growth of the national accounts portfolio for the U.S., Canada and Latin America, as well as leading overall sales and marketing initiatives in Latin America. He will be based in the company's Miami office, reporting to Mark Conroy, managing director for the Americas.

Sierralta was Silversea's regional sales director for Latin America and the Caribbean for six years, following a four-year stint as its senior business analyst. He began his career as a market analyst at Cunard Line and most recently was vice president of international sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
