Mr. Kunal S. Kamlani was serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Cruises International, Inc. and Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc. (PCH) from September 2, 2011 until December 1, 2014 when he abruptly retired.

Mr. Kamlane had worn several hats during his tenure with the two cruise lines having  served as the President of Seven Seas Cruises S. DE R.L. since January 31, 2013, he had also been the President of Oceania Cruises, Inc. since October 2011 and Regent since February 2013 where he was responsible for revenue management, strategic marketing, sales, e-commerce, public relations and procurement for both Oceania and Regent.

He rejoined Prestige Cruise Holdings in September 2011 from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch where he had served as Managing Director and Head of Global Investment Solutions of Bank of America Corporation since March 2010, prior to which he had served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc. from August 3, 2009 to March 2010.

Before initially joining Prestige Cruise Holdings he had served as the Chief Operating Officer at Smith Barney where he was responsible for the finance, risk management and technology strategy organizations. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Smith Barney's Investment Advisory Services division, where he designed and implemented financial, cost and risk control processes, as well as built an operational and administrative infrastructure to support the organization's growth.

Mr. Kamiani possesses an extensive knowledge of the global capital markets and has a strong background in corporate development having served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., where he led it through a global expansion.

Mr. Kamlani earned his M.B.A. from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University.
