October 2013 Edition

River Cruise Operator CroisiEurope Makes U.S. Debut
Menu CroisiEurope, Europe’s largest river cruise operator, is expanding into the U.S.market with a new website and a call center.

Based in Strasbourg, France, CroisiEurope has operated river cruises for 38 years and now offers three- to 13-day voyages on 25 canals and rivers throughout France.

The vessels offer French cuisine, lead by Alain Bohn, a nominee to the Maîtres Cuisinier de France. Special gastronomic voyages feature menus designed with the input of Michelin-starred chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Marc Haeberlin.

The company is introducing new cruises and amenities for 2014-15, such as golf packages and voyages to Cyprus and the Holy Land.

New amenities for 2014 will include open bar aboard ships, except on December Christmas and New Year cruises, and a fuel surcharge guarantee on its 2014 tariffs.
