Carnival announce executive management changes at ten of it's
brands. Due to take place on December 1st it will see Howard Franks stepping down from his current role as vice chairman and CEO of Carnival to become special advisor to the CEO and chairman. Frank will continue in his industry leadership role as chairman of CLIA. At Princess Cruises their current president and CEO, Alan Buckelew will take over the newly created position of CEO of Carnival Corp. and will report to the company President and CEO Arnold Donald. Over at HAL their current president and CEO Stein Kruse will become CEO of the Holland America Group, adding Princess and HAL land operations to his current responsibilities of HAL and Seabourn. Jan Swartz at Princess Cruises is being promoted to president of Princess from her current position of executive VP sales, marketing and customer service.
