Gauguin Cruises has revealed the shore excursions
offered on seven-night Caribbean and 13- and 14-night Panama
Canal voyages aboard its new ship, Tere
Moana. Guests can pre-reserve standard shore excursions
with no more than 13 others. Pre-paid tours are also offered
for two to six guests, which include private transportation
with a personal driver/guide.
The Caribbean voyages are roundtrip from St. Martin and visit Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Les Saintes and St. Barts. Eight departures are offered on Dec. 29, March 9, March 16, March 23, Nov. 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14 and Dec. 21, 2013. Cruise fares start at $2,595 per person.
Shore excursion options for Caribbean voyages include dolphin swim, certified scuba and snorkel and kayaking in Tortola; hike and beach tour and scuba in Jost Van Dyke; “Best of Virgin Gorda,” baths tour and scuba in Virgin Gorda; several island tours, day at the beach, private yacht tour and private scuba tour on St. Kitts; and an island tour, Yellow Submarine tour, ATV Adventure, and several snorkeling tours on St. Barts.
The Panama Canal voyages cruise between St. Martin and Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica, and visit St. Barts, Antigua, Les Saintes, Aruba, Curaçao, Cartagena, Panama’s Isla de Coiba, Panama and Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica. Departures are offered on Jan. 5 and Feb. 24, with cruise fares starting at $4,995 per person.
