Compagnie du Ponant take delivery of their 2nd luxury small ship - L'Austral |

April saw the French cruise line - Compagnie du Ponant take
delivery of their second (Austral) of three near identical small - 5 star -
luxury cruise ships.
Operating the three ships in seasonal rotations they will (with the delivery of ship three) pretty much have the world covered. Exciting itineraries that in many cases only these smaller ships can operate. Going to ports and places that one rarely ever see's in most cruise lines brochures. On-board, over the years Compagnie du Ponant have delivered a 5-star deluxe experience - exceptionally friendly and helpful crew create an individual personal feeling of being on a large private yacht - no question - you are not just another number on these ships. Cuisine as one would expect on a French run luxury ship is bordering on the exceptional as well, unique and individual menu's crafted to take advantage of seasonal and local produce sourced in many cases from markets visited during your cruise.
