Star Clippers to begin Baltic sailings in summer 2012 |

Star Clippers said it will enter the Baltic cruise market in summer 2012 by
positioning its
Star Flyer in the Northern Europe region from May through August.  Three-
to 11-night cruises will be offered aboard the 170-passenger tall ship. Departures will be out of England, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. Port calls will include St. Petersburg, Russia; Antwerp, Belgium; Oslo, Norway; Stockholm, Sweden; Gdansk, Poland; Ventspils, Latvia; Tallinn, Estonia; and Klaipeda, Lithuania. In May, a series of short cruises will operate from Hamburg and Rostock-Warnemunde, Germany, coinciding with the annual tall ships Sailing Parade. |
