Yacht looking for a Captain / Landscaper

 
At first glance this design study might seem a complete flight of fancy.  But in reality, given sufficient funds it could be built and would make a very unique yacht.

Remembering RCI's biggest cruise ships have their 'Central Parks" which are loaded with plant life as well as the numerous ships which also sport "golf greens" etc.  It would seem that there is a precedent for this type of floating landscape project.

I wonder how the classification society and various other regulatory bodies which have to sign off on a ship to ensure it's seaworthiness would feel about it....
